Client Rights:
We encourage you to actively participate in shaping the direction of your session. Please feel free to express any preferences regarding the focus of your treatment or any aspects that would enhance your comfort. Your feedback is always valued and appreciated. Safety and comfort are paramount for both the therapist and client. Either party may terminate the session at any time if they feel uncomfortable for any reason. ​
Sexual Misconduct:
Our practice is dedicated to providing therapeutic massage, which is strictly non-sexual and non-sensual. Any inappropriate verbal or nonverbal sexual behavior will lead to immediate termination of the session, reporting to local authorities, and full charges for the session.​
​​Intoxicant Policy:
Please be aware that use of alcohol and drugs can greatly diminish the benefits of massage therapy and may pose potential risks to your health. If arrive for your session under the influence, we reserve the right to refuse service, and you will be charged for the appointment. Your well-being is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.​​
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Please note that failing to show up for an appointment without prior notice will incur a no-show charge of $25. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours' notice) will also render a $25 fee that goes directly to your service provider. We appreciate your understanding!
Late Policy: ​​
If you arrive late to a session, we will make every effort to accommodate you and provide a full session. However, please understand that our scheduling with other clients may not always permit this. In such cases, you will still be charged for the full session. Thank you for your understanding
Gift Certificates:
Our gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Packages may be shared among recipients. Please ensure you are present your gift card at the time of checkout, or alternative payment methods will be required. We do not accept or verify lost gift cards, and double discounts are not honored or accepted.
Merchandise Returns:
All sales final- No returns or credits
