Each Massage is customized to meet each individuals kneads! Choose from a general relaxation, sports, therapeutic or even a blend of massage types..

Relaxation massage focuses purely on stress reduction and relaxation. During a therapeutic session the therapist focuses on specific areas to alleviate symptoms of muscular dysfunction. 

Prenatal Massage

Specially-designed bolster, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. This provides relaxation and pain relief . 

Lymphatic  Massage

A very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells.

Craniosacral

Uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer.

Reflexology 

A type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Purifying Facial

Natural skin care products combined with facial massage are key to keeping a healthy complexion. Hot Towels, cleansing, exfoliation, purifying mask, and antioxidant rich moisturizer are all included.

Luxury Facial

This facial is custom designed with the client’s need in mind. Your service will include a deep cleansing, steam, exfoliation, extractions (if necessary), deep hydration mask, and a decadent facial massage that will give your skin a healthy glow and calm your mind. Energy Healing:

Our Energy Healing Practitioner is trained to attune to the universal energy that flows through all living and non living things. The practitioner helps the client to move the energy through their energy centers to help clear blockages that could potentially cause sickness and disease. Clients should expect to be very relaxed and also expect to get a good night sleep after their session. 

Teeth Whitening

The average teeth whitening is 5-14 shades whiter in one session. One session takes about 90 minutes and is broken into three 20 minute sessions under a laser. You'll leave with your teeth the whitest shade they can naturally be. Everyone has a natural stopping point. The results will last 6 months or more with proper aftercare and maintenance. Two teeth whitenings can be done at one time, so bring a friend!

Relieving local congestion by applying a partial vacuum that is created in a cup(s), by suction. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles and encourage blood flow.
